01. Initiating a Return
If our technical guide does not match your current performance indicators, you are entitled to apply for a standard balance refund within 60 days from your transaction completion. To begin the sequence, please email our support desk through the contact page or reach out to our administration team directly.
02. Policy Guidelines
Reimbursement requests must be sent inside the stated 60-day term following the initial checkout action.
We request users to coordinate the dispatch of remaining system files or printed materials back to our central distribution unit.
Please notice that baseline processing options, courier transit costs, and administrative fees cannot be refunded.
Financial returns are credited back exclusively to the primary banking card applied during the verified purchase flow.
03. Finalizing the Credit
Once our verification center processes and logs your returned material package, the balance transaction starts immediately. Please expect around 5 to 10 working days for the adjustment to appear inside your statement, depending on your distinct financial facility rules.
